The prepare synchronize list window allows you to setup the logic to make a
compare or synchronize list. It has many powerful options
but the quickest way to set it up is to use the Easy
Wizard.
You can transfer in one direction or both ways at the
same time. Files can be picked for transfer based on
a combination of date and/or size difference.

Using these options or via the Easy Wizard you can
easily create one or two way syncs, mirrors and backups
etc. You can also do a full in depth compare of the
files.
File deletions can be synchronized and there are also
options to cope with daylight saving problems and subtle
differences in file stamps.
