AJC Software is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy

We are AJC Software, producers of high quality software tools.

We collect information about you when you purchase software products from us.

If you purchase a product from us, your purchase method details, such as credit card details, are not held by us. It is collected by our resellers or third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

Your information is used to keep a record of your product ownership and to give you product support.

We may also use your email address to send you updates about our products, tell you about other products and send you marketing if you have consented to this.

Your information is only used internally by AJC Software and we do not give your information to anyone else unless we were required to do so by law.

Information you have given as part of the product purchase process that is not held by us is the responsibility of the reseller or third party payment processor and must be covered by their privacy policy.

How do AJC Software products work with your data

AJC Software products may access or update data stored in files on your computer or any storage location that your computer can access, directly, via networks or FTP. This may include cloud services such as, but not limited to, Google Drive, Drobox, Microsoft OneDrive and Amazon S3.

The data in these files will only be accessed by the software for purposes that you instruct the software to action upon those files. These actions may include, but is not limited to, file synchronization, file comparison, file search.

The content of your data files will remain in your full control and possession or wherever you choose to send any such files. AJC Systems Ltd never has access to any of your data files.

You may instruct the software to send debug information to AJC Software. This will be a manual operation by you and will never happen automatically. Any data you send will be in plain text and fully visible by you. This data will never include any content of your data files.
